If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost,
that everything you tried only helped for a short while,
there is a way forward:
Inwards, and it goes beyond talking.
Why does this approach work?
It works at different levels
Your intellect
Your mind needs to understand, talk and rationalise in order to process things and initiate change.
We work with it through tools coming from humanistic psychotherapy.
Your body
Your body registers everything that impacts you. It then shows up as physical sensations that the mind alone cannot process.
We work with it with somatic exercises and breathing.
Your subconscious
Your daily thoughts and actions mainly come from beliefs and patterns you have acquired at one point in your past and now operate your life without you being conscious of it.
We work with it through different tools that will allow you to shift them.
Hello, I’m Stéphanie
I’m a multi-passionate woman, who has always been fascinated by the human mind.
As a kid I wanted to be a psychologist, I did a long detour before finally studying humanistic integrative psychotherapy and becoming a certified counsellor.
And at some point, something became very clear to me:
Insight alone is not always enough to create change.
I could see my patterns clearly, and yet some of them kept repeating.
What shifted things was not trying harder, but approaching the work differently.
Having been a yoga teacher for many years, I wrote my thesis on the integration of kundalini yoga techniques with psychotherapy.
The results I got went beyond my wildest dreams, with several clients telling me they “never thought therapy could be like this” and that “what we’re doing together is life changing”.
Everyday I am amazed by the transformation I witness in my clients.
Frequent questions
-
While talking and understanding your patterns is important, sometimes it is not enough to create deep lasting changes. This approach goes beyond this to address deeper layers and integrate the changes in a longer lasting way.
-
Every person has a unique journey and timing. It is important to respect your own rhythm and not rush things or do more than what your system can process. I describe the journey you will go through in the Work section.
-
It is for you if you are truly invested in your self development journey and are willing to look inwards. Many of my clients have done therapy before, some haven’t. I offer a 30min discovery call for us to assess if we’re the right fit for each other.
My writing
I write about self-trust, emotional patterns, and the quiet process of becoming more fully yourself.
