ABOUT ME
I know what it’s like to play a part.
For years I wore the masks.
In international organisations, I was the high-functioning project manager: polished, productive, always three steps ahead. Inside, I was burning out.
In the wellness world, I was the teacher and therapist: calm, spiritual, composed. Inside, I was exhausted from keeping up the image of what I thought a yoga teacher and therapist should look like.
I spent a decade performing in two different arenas, never feeling like I fully belonged in either. In one world I was too spiritual. In the other I was too down-to-earth. Always split. Always pretending.
Until my body said no. Migraines. Burnout. A breakdown that forced me to stop.
That was the beginning.
What I learned when I dropped the act
I learned that the performance was costing me more than it was protecting me. Pretending to have it together drained my energy. Pretending to belong eroded my confidence. Pretending to be “enough” killed my joy.
The turning point came when I stopped trying to fit into boxes and began to trust myself instead.
I trained in psychotherapy and somatic practices. I taught yoga for over a decade. I explored plant medicine and herbal wisdom. I learned how to regulate my nervous system, speak with honesty, and build trust… first with myself, then with others.
And I realised something: bareness is power. Boldness is freedom. Being yourself is not only enough, it’s the very thing that creates impact.
Why I do this work now
My mission is simple: stop pretending, start living.
For individuals, I help you reclaim self-trust and the courage to live a life that is truly yours.
For organisations, I help leaders and teams build cultures of trust where people want to show up, commit fully, and thrive together.
This is not about surface-level fixes. It is about stripping back the masks, finding the courage to be real, and building the trust that changes everything.
By slowing down enough to hear yourself again. By using somatic practices to reconnect to your body instead of just your mind. By bringing in plant allies that ground and soften. By having honest, intuitive dialogue that calls out the stories keeping you small. By creating spaces, one-to-one or with teams, where truth is not only spoken but welcomed. And then turned into changes, ideas, projects and results.
When we stop pretending, we step out of keeping ourselves small. And thrive.

Herbalist in training, working hands-on with plant medicine
